Paperless W-2s and 1095-Cs

eSuite > MY HR > Print 1095C Forms
Check boxes have been added to the 
Print W-2 Forms and Print 1095-C Forms pages in eSuite MY HR to give employees with primary email addresses set up in Workforce Administration the option to have their forms delivered electronically.
Note: The messages on these pages may be customized from the 
Content Configuration page in eAdministration (eHR > eEmployee > Content Configuration).
When the Paperless W-2 or Paperless 1095-C check box is selected, a 
confirmation dialog opens.
Note: The message on either dialog also may be customized from the 
Content Configuration page (eAdministration > eHR > eEmployee > Content Configuration).
Clicking OK on the confirmation dialog updates new world ERP accordingly.
To let administrators control whether the Paperless W-2 and Paperless 1095-C check boxes are available to users, Show Paperless W-2 and Show Paperless 1095-C check boxes have been added to the 
Miscellaneous Settings page in eAdministration (eHR > eEmployee > Miscellaneous Settings).
